I have a question regarding your insurance. I have been a customer on and off for years, the off times are because come renewal time you always try to push the price up. It's infuriating when at 39 I have had a clean license and no claims for 12 years and yet come renewal time you up the price. I am insured with you guys at the moment and am not looking forward to renewal time...

Hi,
Our renewals team individually looks at every single renewal price that is generated and premiums are calculated taking several factors into consideration. Due to market conditions at the time unfortunately it's not always possible to offer premiums that are lower or equal to the previous year even if the customer has been claim free for that period.
If you wanted to PM your details once you have received your renewal I would be more than happy to review it for you.
Regards,
Dan.

Quick question, how much do mods increase the premium by, how much would the cost go up for lightly modified ie induction filter? (On a mk2. 3 mps.)

Hiya,

It will depend on the insurance company, do you have a policy with us? If so please feel free to pm me your policy number and we will have a look for you.

Thanks
Dan

I was reading some bad write-ups about AF on another forum so I'm not at all convinced they/ you are the right deal for me. Poor level of customer follow-up and uncompetitive pricing to state just a couple of the complaints that were generally being made.

Hi

Any queries you can just drop me a PM. Most people who come online to write about a insurance company are not going to be positive and you rarely see someone who says “they were great” about any company. We always pride ourselves to great customer service and if anyone has ever had a issue could they please PM so I can look into this as the only way to improve is on feedback. Pricing is always the most important part for the customer and generally we have lots of happy customers but you cant always win them all, are markets are changing all the time so don’t hesitate to call us for a quote or PM me and I can arrange for a member from our quotes team to call you.

Regards Dan
