Hi everyone.
Just a short introduction. I’m Daniel. I’ve worked for Adrian Flux Insurance for nearly 20 years now.
If any of you guys on here have any general insurance queries or specific problems with Adrian Flux insurance please let me know. I can assure you I will be completely impartial despite being on the pay roll of Adrian Flux. If we have messed up I will acknowledge that and make efforts to get it corrected, if any of you do not understand an insurers viewpoint I will do my best to clearly explain it.
It could be problems ranging from simple paperwork issues to major claim disputes. With my years of experience I should be able to answer most queries immediately, if there are issues or a problem that I can’t answer directly I would ensure that a relevant manager investigates these and I would then be able to relay an answer back.
I hope this will be of some helps for you.
Thanks very much.

Daniel

We have found that the current arrangement, with instalments being handled by the finance company, is more convenient for the customer as a direct debit arrangement can be used. We have never offered an instalment plan, directly with us, via direct debit or for a duration of more than a few months. The finance company now handles all instalment plans, regardless of duration, where the costs are not higher than if an arrangement was made directly with us and as a result you are not paying over the odds due to the finance company's involvement.

Lol apparently there is going to an a huge crackdown on fraudulent insurance claims so they are not as pricey.I heard this on the news last night and it was put down to the amount of whiplash claims.they say there put our insurance up by almost £90!still,I'll believe it when I see it in my renewal.

I have a question regarding your insurance. I have been a customer on and off for years, the off times are because come renewal time you always try to push the price up. It's infuriating when at 39 I have had a clean license and no claims for 12 years and yet come renewal time you up the price. I am insured with you guys at the moment and am not looking forward to renewal time...
